My home consist of a lot of different rooms and area's and almost every one of the rooms has one or more domotica elements in them, below is a list of all the domotica elements in each room.

The kitchen has one smart appliances, the dishwasher, and one temperature and humidity sensor. For now i only show the dishwasher status and some limited controls on my Home assistant dashboards, and show the current temperature and humidity.
The gardenroom has a sunscreen, fan and lights that are controled by my Home Assistant setup The lights are switched on and off using a Sonoff switch module and a Home Assistant automation, it turns on at a specific time during sunset and turns off at 12 in the night. The fan turns on whenever it gets to hot, because of the glass roof it can get very hot and because of wind and rain its not always possible to use the shades. Lastly i have a Somfy sunscreen that i can control from my Home Assistant dashboards.
The bathroom has a SonOff SNZB-02WD temperature and humidity sensor, shelly controled lights and a fan. The fan is switched on and off using a Home Assistant automation that reads the humidity of the SonOff sensor, whenever the humidity reaches a certain level it will turn the fan on.
The upstairs hall has a ZigBee 24G MmWave sensor and a bluetooth temperature and humidity sensor, for now nothing is automated and the MmWave sensor is only used to show if there is any presence detected on my Home Assistant dashboards.
The stairs have a couple of meters of LED strips build into the hand rails, these LED strips turn on for 30 seconds using a HC-SR04 HCSR04 sensor at the bottom and top of the stairs. It's not perfect at sensing presence, but for now it will do.

The front garden doesn't contain a lot of domotica elements, for now there are just a camera, smart doorbell and a frontdoor light.
In the frontgarden i have a Ubiquiti UniFi G3 camera, its used for surveilance of the front garden en front door.
I recently installed a Reolink video doorbell after firtst going through a number of diy doorbells based on ESP32's. The diy doorbells where very nice to learn how it works, but its hard to match the quality you get from a store bought doorbell.
I use the doorbells so I can interact with the person at the door using my mobile phone, but i also have Home Assistant automations setup to take a picture whenever somebody rings my doorbell or when the mailbox is opened.
This light is switched on and off using a small Shelly Plus 2PM module and a Home Assistant automation, it turns on at a specific time during sunset and turns off at 12 in the night.
